The Inter Club Council (ICC)
The Inter-Club council (ICC) is a board consisting of an appointed representative from each official club on campus. Participation in the ICC is not mandatory, however, it is required in order to apply for ICC or A.S. funding and to participate in ICC or A.S. sponsored activities. The ICC offers a means to collaborate and share ideas that can be helpful to any club. The ICC is governed by the ICC Bylaws and uses Robert's Rules of Order to run meetings.

Inter-Club Council (ICC) Lounge
The ICC Lounge is available for use by all club members, and can be reserved for club meetings and club events by contacting the Student Activities Secretary. The ICC Lounge is located in Campus Center Room 116.
The ICC meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 11:00am to 12:30pm. Location for meeting is Swing Space G (next to the Sustainability Resource Center)
You may use the ICC logo for publicity purposes. Click on either the link for the Black lettering or the Gold lettering ICC logo.
Easy-up Shade Tents and Sandwich Boards
Your club may borrow an Easy-up Shade Tent and/or sandwich board for an on campus event or activity. Please contact the Student Activities Secretary in order to make a reservation.
Your club may use the campus print shop to print fliers and hand-outs. Black and white copies are free and color copies are available for a fee. All print orders must be emailed to the ICC advisor.
ICC funding proposals need to be e-mailed to the appropriate contacts no later than 11:00 a.m. on the Tuesday before the ICC meeting where it will be considered. ICC meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of the month at 11:00 a.m. in swing space G 102, while school is in session. For all funding requests, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Read the ICC Proposal Policies and Instructions thoroughly before completing step 2.
Step 2: Complete the ICC Funding Proposal and email to the appropriate contacts. If required, print and submit Signature and Verification page to the A.S. Office in Campus Center room 145. If you have supplemental information, please bring hard copies with you to your presentation (do not turn them in with your proposal)
Step 3: You must have a club representative in attendance to present your proposal and answer questions at the ICC meeting where the item will be considered. If a representative is not present, your proposal will be tabled on dismissed.
Step 4: Complete the ICC Evaluation Form after the completion of your project. This form is due before you may be considered for future funding.
