Gift Baskets To Needy Students

The Student Nurses' Association at Butte College is working to organize 20 Thanksgiving gift baskets for the college's food pantry at the main campus to help needy college students this holiday. Each basket includes a turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, apple cider, marshmallows, cranberry, among other items.

"This is a program that nursing students have worked to grow each year to support our food pantry and students who need a little extra support this holiday season. There are many struggling students in need of our help and this is a great way for our nursing students to make a difference this season," said Susan Craig, Butte College faculty advisor, Student Nurses Association.
