The Cross Enrollment Program (XEN) allows students to enroll in one class at Chico at no charge-no application fee, no unit fees.  This program is available to all Butte College students who meet the following criteria:

- Completed a minimum of 30 transferrable units with a 2.0 or greater GPA
- Completed English 2
- Have been making progress towards a transferrable math
- Have never been a Chico State student

This program is invaluable to students with majors that don't have many lower division equivalents at Butte College.  Once the student completes 45 transferable units, they are even eligible to enroll in an upper division course!  Students are eligible to participate in the program for up to two years and have the opportunity to meet with an evaluator from Chico each semester.

Space is limited to 60 students per semester!
