ASSIST Instructions



How To Use ASSIST

Articulated courses are community college courses that have been agreed upon between California community colleges and university campuses as transferable courses that can fulfill lower division major requirements. Please note that ASSIST uses specific terminology. For a full explanation of articulation terminology it is recommended that you see a counselor in the Transfer Counseling Center.

To find information for Major Specific Articulation:

  1. Start ASSIST
  2. Select institution name (select a community college from the scroll bar)
  3. Select academic year (select the most current academic year)
  4. Select a university from the drop-down scroll bar
  5. Select major

 

To find information for Department Specific Articulation:

  1. Start ASSIST
  2. Select institution name (select a university from the scroll bar)
  3. Select academic year
  4. Select a community college from the scroll bar
  5. Select department
  6. Lower division course requirements will appear on screen.

 

To Print:

  1. click on the brown print bar on left side navigation bar in the ASSIST window
  2. Click OK to accept Adobe PDF formatting
  3. Adobe will insert mini-icons at the top of the ASSIST window
  4. Click on printer mini-icon from the Adobe menu bar

 

** You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to Print ASSIST Articulation. If you do not have Adobe loaded on your computer, CLICK HERE to download the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader version.
