Projects

May 28 – June 9:  Installation of stairs at the East side of the main staff lot going down toward the Allied Health Building.  This will cause the line of parking stalls that are adjacent to the landscape on the East side of the lot to be unavailable (See map by clicking here).

May 28 – June 9:  The water will be shut off to the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms for repair to the sewer line at the Men’s Locker Room facility.  Water and restrooms in the Gymnasium building are available.

May 28 – 31: The Grounds Department will be coordinating weed abatement at the Chico Center detention pond. There are no disruption to the building during construction.

May 28 – 31: Two new sets of bike racks will be installed at the Chico Center.  There are no disruption to the building during construction.

May 28 – May 30:  New hand dryers will be installed in the men's and women's restrooms on the second floor of the Chico Center.  This is a continuation of sustainability efforts to reduce paper consumption and reduce waste disposal.

May 28 – August 2: Track and Football Stadium will be closed for field restoration.  All gates will be locked and access to the stadium will not be allowed during this time. 

June 3 – June 30:  The restrooms in the Technology and Physical Science buildings will be closed for repainting.  A more specific timeline on which restrooms will be closed at what times will be provided later.  The restrooms in Life Science are available.

June 3: Fire sprinkler testing and inspections campus wide.  There will be no noise associated with this work; however, there will be vendor technicians throughout the buildings. 

June 3:  Fire Alarm repair at the Field House.  There will be a brief sound of the alarm once the repair is complete.  This will only sound at the Field House building.
