Requirements for Certificate:

Prerequisite:
Complete INTERIOR DESIGN LEVEL 1 Cert of Achievement or INTERIOR DESIGN LEVEL 1A and 1B Cert of Completion

  • Fundamentals of Lighting (ID 8)
  • Codes and Specifications for Interior Design (ID 10)
  • Interior Design Studio (ID 17)
  • Internship in Interior Design (Work Experience) (ID 99)
  • AutoCAD for Interior Design (DFT 22)
  • Architectural Drafting (DFT 24)
  • Art History Survey I (ART 2) or Art History Survey II (ART 4)
  • Basic Drawing (ART 8)

See your faculty advisor for any substitutions or waivers of required classes.

the majority of the requirements and are near completion.
