About our Campuses
Butte College has three campuses: Main Campus in Oroville; Chico and Skyway Center in Chico; and Glenn County Center in Orland.

Campus Safety and Security
Our Campus Police Department is committed to keeping our campus community safe. Campus safety involves keeping the campus safe from both internal and external threats that could interfere with the District's mission of providing students with the best education possible.
Accreditation is a process by which accreditors provide students, the public, and each other with assurances of institutional integrity, quality and effectiveness. Our Accreditation Self Study is currently underway.
Effective decision-making is predicated upon intelligent communications of needs by and to those who are charged with making decisions and those who are accountable for results. Governance committees follow formal policies and procedures to ensure effective decision-making.
Academic Policies and Procedures
Students of Butte College are afforded certain rights and privileges, in addition to the freedom to learn. However, these privileges carry with them an obligation to respect the rights and privileges of others, as well as an obligation to abide by rules and regulations set by the College.
Planning, Budget and Assessment
The Planning, Budgeting, and Assessment (PBA) process is the method the Butte-Glenn Community College District uses to integrate its planning, budgeting, and assessment efforts.
