Associated Student Funding
For all funding requests (events, travel, programs) please follow steps below:
Deadlines:
Spring 2013 proposals are due November 15, 2012 by 4:00 p.m.
Fall 2013 proposals are due April 11, 2013 by 4:00 p.m.
Step 1: Read the A.S. Proposal Information and Instructions thoroughly before completing step 2.
Step 2: Complete the A.S. Proposal Form and turn in via e-mail to the Business Affairs Director and A.S. Secretary. If you have supplemental information, please hard copies with you to your presentation (do not turn them in with your proposal).
Step 3: You will be assigned a day/time to present your proposal to the A.S. Budget Committee. The Committee will review all requests and make a recommendation to the A.S. Executive Board. If your proposal is funded in part or full or denied, you will be contacted by the A.S. Business Affairs Director.
Step 4: Complete the A.S. Evaluation Form after the completion of your project/event/or travel. This form is due before you may be considered for future funding.

ICC Funding - For Clubs
ICC Funding Proposals need to be e-mailed to the ICC advisor and the ICC Chair no later than 11am on the Tuesday before the ICC meeting where it will be considered. ICC meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of the month at 4:00 pm in the ICC Lounge (Campus Center), while school is in session. For all funding requests, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Read the ICC Proposal Information and Instructions thoroughly before completing step 2.
Step 2: Complete the ICC Funding Proposal form and turn in via e-mail to the ICC advisor and the ICC Chair. If you have supplemental information, please bring hard copies with you to your presentation (do not turn them in with your proposal).
Step 3: You must have a club representative in attendance to present your proposal and answer questions at the ICC meeting where the item will be considered. If a representative is not present, your proposal will be either tabled or dismissed.
Step 4: Complete the ICC Evaluation Form after the completion of your project/event/or travel. This form is due before you may be considered for future funding.
