A.S. Grant Funding
AS Grant funding is available for on or off campus leadership development, special projects, travel or campus initiatives. Grants are awarded once a semester. The application must be submitted the semester prior to the date your project is scheduled to take place.
Spring 2015 Deadline: Friday, April 17 by 12:00 p.m. (Noon) for Fall 2015
Step 1: Read the A.S. Grants Criteria and Guidelines thoroughly to make sure your proposal qualifies for A.S. Grant Funding.
Step 2: Complete the A.S. Grant Proposal Form and email to appropriate contacts. Print and submit Signature and Verification page to A.S. Office in Campus Center room 145.
Step 3: You will be assigned a day/time to present your proposal to the A.S. Budget and Finance committee. The committee will review all proposals and will make a recommendation to the A.S. Executive Board. You will be contacted by the A.S. Business Affairs Director with funding results.
Step 4: Once your project is complete, please submit the A.S. Grants Evaluation form. This form is due before you may be considered for future funding.
ICC Funding - For Clubs
ICC funding proposals need to be e-mailed to the appropriate contacts no later than 11am on the Tuesday before the ICC meeting where it will be considered. ICC meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of the month at 11:00 a.m. in Swing Space G room 102, while school is in session. For all funding requests, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Read the ICC Proposal Policies and Instructions thoroughly before completing step 2.
Step 2: Complete the ICC Funding Proposal form and email to the appropriate contacts. If required, print and submit Signature and Verification page to the A.S. Office in the Campus Center room 145. If you have supplemental information, please bring hard copies with you to your presentation (do not turn them in with your proposal).
Step 3: You must have a club representative in attendance to present your proposal and answer questions at the ICC meeting where the item will be considered. If a representative is not present, your proposal will be either tabled or dismissed.
Step 4: Complete the ICC Evaluation Form after the completion of your project. This form is due before you may be considered for future funding.
